Dinner: Egg & Bacon Salad
Eggs. Yuck. I used to love them now I don't simple as that. Now I have never actually cooked an egg before but i thought it would be pretty easy... I was wrong, I placed the eggs one at a time into the pot and let it boil away for awhile, then I realised that I had cracked one of the eggs and all its insides where oozing out, great. Apart from that it all went well except for cutting the eggs I don't know what i did wrong they just looked like they had been run over with a truck. The lettuce was also really bitter which I wasn't so keen on, over all not such a good dinner.
